1. Scope of Application

1.1. The use of the application offered by M&I Languages is exclusively permitted in accordance with these terms. These General Terms of Use may be supplemented, modified, or replaced by additional terms. By using the application, you accept the validity of these terms in their respective version.

2. Services

2.1. M&I Languages reserves the right to suspend the operation of the application in whole or in part at any time. Due to the variety of devices and their updates, M&I Languages cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application.

3. Registration, Activation

3.1. The use of the application requires activation.

4. Usage Rights to Information, Software, and Documentation

​

4.1. Information, software, and documentation may not be distributed, rented, or otherwise provided to third parties by the user at any time.

4.4. Information, software, and documentation are protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other laws and agreements on intellectual property. The user will observe these rights, in particular, alphanumeric identifiers, trademarks, and copyright notices must not be removed from the information, software, documentation, or copies thereof.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Information, brand names, and other content of the application may not be modified, copied, reproduced, sold, rented, used, supplemented, or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from M&I Languages.

5.2. Outside of the expressly granted usage rights or other rights, the user does not receive any further rights, in particular, to the company name and industrial property rights such as patents, utility models, or trademarks.

5.3. Ideas and suggestions submitted by the user on the application may be used by M&I Languages free of charge for the development, improvement, and distribution of products from its portfolio.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The user may not use the application to violate public morals, infringe third-party rights, or transmit malware.

6.2. M&I Languages reserves the right to block access to the application if the user violates these terms.

7. Liability for Legal and Material Defects

​

7.1. If information, software, or documentation are provided free of charge, liability for material and legal defects, in particular for their accuracy, freedom from errors, freedom from third-party protective rights, completeness, and/or suitability – except in cases of intent or gross negligence – is excluded.

8. Other Liability, Viruses

​

8.1. Although M&I Languages endeavors to keep the application free of viruses, no guarantee of freedom from viruses is provided. Users are therefore advised to take appropriate security measures.

8.2. M&I Languages is not liable for damage to end devices caused by the installation of this application.

​

9. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law

​

9.1. In the event of disputes, Austrian law applies, and the place of jurisdiction is the location of the manufacturer.
